Scale: SCP 7 – 11 (Subject to job evaluation)
Salary: £20,092 – £21,748 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our inclusion team. In this role, the candidate will support teachers in allowing all children to access the curriculum and achieve their best possible outcomes by supporting our high expectations of behaviour and attendance. They will keep up-to-date records using excel and must be able to make positive relationships with students and parents.

In this role, the successful candidate will also lead on providing children with excellent and engaging lunchtime provision, extra-curricular sport, including the participation in tournaments and sports fixtures and will receive training to support our outdoor education offer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to children and their achievement and understand the importance of providing children with high quality enrichment to support their development, resilience and confidence.

The successful applicant should:

  • Be a qualified level 3 (or equivalent) who can show a commitment to their own learning
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to use excel to input and analyse data
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to physical education and ideally have additional qualifications
