Scale: SCP 25-28
Salary: £28,785 – £31,371 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Temporary (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term until October 2020)

Red House Academy is seeking to appoint an Inclusion Coordinator on a Fixed Term basis to cover Maternity Leave.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the Inclusion Team, ensuring that students learning and achievement needs are met, you will lead on all aspects of Inclusion including EAL, Gifted and Talented and will contribute to the strategic development of the Academy by implementing whole academy initiatives, monitoring and reporting on key outcomes.
